Refund & Returns Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Maple & Marrow pieces. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns on eligible items within 35 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

 

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unaltered
  • It must be returned in its original packaging, including the branded jewelry card and mailer
  • You must contact us within 35 days of receiving your order
  • A return authorization is required before sending anything back

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

 

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Worn, damaged, or used jewelry
  • Items missing original packaging
  • Custom or engraved pieces
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products (if applicable)
  • Final sale items (clearly marked as such at time of purchase)

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or denial.

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

How to Request a Return

  1. Email returns@mapleandmarrow.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. If eligible, you’ll receive instructions and a return authorization
  3. Ship your item using a trackable method. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the item, the packaging it arrived in and your order number so we can make it right.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a store credit for the return value.

If the gift was sent to the original purchaser, the refund will go to them.
