At Maple & Marrow, every order is packed with care and charm — and shipped from our studio in Toronto, Canada.

 

We Ship Across Canada

We currently ship to all Canadian provinces and territories. Orders are primarily sent via Canada Post, but we may also use other trusted couriers if it helps ensure a faster or more reliable delivery.

You’ll always receive a tracking number by email once your package is on the way.

Processing Time

  • Orders with paid shipping are prioritized and typically ship within 1 business day.

  • All other orders are shipped within 2 business days.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking info once your order is on its way.

 

Packaging

Each piece is carefully secured on a branded Maple & Marrow jewelry card and placed in a protective mailer. If you’re ordering a gift, you can include a note at checkout — we’ll make sure it arrives looking beautiful.

 

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order is marked “Delivered” but you can’t locate it:

  1. Double-check with other members of your household or building.
  2. Look near doors, porches, community mailboxes, or with neighbors.
  3. If not found within 48 hours, contact us at support@mapleandmarrow.ca — we’ll help investigate.

Orders marked as Delivered by the courier are considered fulfilled. If a package is truly missing, we’ll work with you to file a claim and may offer a reship or partial refund on a case-by-case basis.
